The ingredient system consists of a variety of components including a Bag Breaking Station, Bulk Bag Unloader, Vacuum Transfer, Intermediate Hoppers, and L-I-W Feeders, all of Sanitary Food Grade quality.
The pet-coke system consists of dual storage silos, complete with dust collection and explosion protection which are discharged with bin activators through a double dump airlock to a pneumatic transfer arrangement.
This project was built to unload bulk bags and transfer product via vacuum conveying while controlling all generated dust. The vacuum receiver was installed on load-cells to accurately feed the process with very high accuracy.
Consisting of three storage silos, this system included dust collection, bin activators, airlocks, pneumatic transfer, screw conveyors and a heavy duty L-I-W Dual Screw Feeder.
